We will only produce family-friendly content (G or PG-rated) and nothing of a sensual, pornographic, violent, hateful, rude, irreverant, profane, obscene, deceitful or manipulative nature. We reserve our right to turn down any project if it would interfere with our personal or religious beliefs or if it would make any member of our team feel uncomfortable.
copyrights
We give all of our clients the full copyright to their media, provided we maintain permission to possibly use the media for advertising. If the client wishes for us to not use the media for advertising and makes this known to us, we will honor the request.
For productions that require pre-recorded media chosen by the client, such as a wedding video put to music, the client is responsible for owning a license to that media and honoring the terms of that license. Gashler Media cannot provide copyrighted material, license it or alter its terms.
editing time
Please allow two to three weeks before receiving your finished media. Feel free to contact us during this period to get updates or to share ideas. If you need your media sooner, let us know, and we will try to accommodate. Extremely tight deadlines, such as same-day edits, are subject to an additional fee, and we cannot guarantee the same kind of quality as edits with more time allowance.
payment
Due to an unfortunate history of bad payments, we require half of the quoted price for any service as an upfront, non-refundable deposit (only once we have received this deposit can we reserve a service date), and the other half is due upon the day of the service (or in the case of an unscheduled service, such as graphic design, the other half is due before picking up the finished media). For special circumstances, we are willing to work out alternate payment plans.
referrals
We appreciate clients who pass on the word about us, and to show our thanks, we promise to award anyone who referred us 5% of the payment we receive from the referred service. So please tell your friends about us!
working schedule
Our schedules are very flexible, and we are willing to accommodate to your needs any Monday through Saturday, minus certain holidays.
